运行原理

 根据除尘风管的最小风速选择，运送灰土、砂尘、干细型金属粉末水，平风管内风速≥20m/s，为有效防止粉尘堆积，   水平风管内风速应≥20m/s；
 根据计算除尘管道风速基本确定控制在20±2m/s；切割点距离吸尘罩口控制在0.1m，打磨点距离吸尘罩口控制在0.05m；吸尘罩口尺寸根据现场设备结构现场制作。
 要求在尽可能投资少的情况下完成该系统设计，即要求系统设备简单、直接、高效。

除尘工位的数量根据用户需求定做。

特点：

1、滤筒垂直安装，自身反吹清灰效 果更佳

2、进风口设计在含尘空气室的下部，含尘气体进入除尘器大颗粒粉尘直接落入灰斗内

3、采用了多褶、超长滤筒，更佳容易维修和更换。

Workshop dust collector and ventilation system is used to filter waste gas, smoke and dust to improve working environment. Except adjusting the air temperature and humidity it also can focus smoke and dust of working zone on top of workshop by airflow.
