INTRODTION MANUAL

1. This system is applicable 0-12.5mm(default/variable)/0-10V signal acquisition(can be realized from effective or close to effective)

2. Attention:Induction magnet is match this product special rare earth magnets, magnetic strength, the installation process must be careful;At all times to avoid the magnet is close to the high temperature of 100 ℃ above, lest demagnetization;The resulting loss of personal and equipment shall not be responsible for the company.

3. Non-contact inductive way of working itself without mechanical movement;

4. Using Highly robust induction magnet, the maximum enhance system anti-jamming capability;

5. Electrical performance accords with the international electrotechnical commission (IEC) standards；

6. With functions of zero position and work instructions, small volume, convenient installation and debugging.Simple structure, low cost.

Install mothed:

⒈ Please refer to the above figure to install this device with the connecting support (made by the customer himself) close to the middle part of the car platform as near as possible..

⒉ Let the magnet adhesive on the car platform with the marking-face right facing the induction point of the device.

⒊ Install and adjust this device so that the magnet on the car platform aims at the center point of its upper face. Meanwhile, assure the end face of this device in parallel with that of the magnet.

⒋ Electric transmission system,during the period of no load,adjust the up and down this device to make the indicator just turn from red to green,then fasten this device and the adjustment is finished.

l Adjustment method：

Attention：Applicable to detection the clearance 0-12.5mm the corresponding output 0-10V,if the detection the clearance 0-12.5mm the corresponding output 0-10V,Can be directly for zero positioning operation.

1、 Detection range adjustment method：Yellow line lap blue line,and the system is powered on and the green light flashing 3-8 seconds disconnect the cables,red light flashing,into the detection range adjustment process:yellow line lap blue line to disconnect when green light shows,operating a change a state,detection range between 12.5 mm and 25 mm circulation switch,if the yellow line lap the blue line more than 6 seconds,the red light flashing,the system automatically save the current Settings, detection range adjustment is completed, the system automatically enters the normal working condition.

2、 Zero positioning methods：adjust the up and down the device to the red and green light flashing(on the line of yellow line connection case:if the green light shows,please put the device away from the magnet;if the red light shows,please put the device near to the magnet;on the line of the yellow line not connected case:if the green light shows,please put the device near to the magnet;if the red light shows,please put the device away from the magnet;)then tighten the device.

Note:if the direction detection changed,must be repositioned.
